Notice is hereby given that the Williamson County Election Commission will assemble at the above-referenced public meeting and, at such meeting, deliberate, discuss, consider, receive information, and take appropriate action regarding the matters referenced in this Notice of Meeting.

2. | Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding the recruitment and appointment of the Williamson County Elections Administrator, including, but not limited to, advertising, screening, interviewing, and appointing. a. Adjourn to Executive Session to review and discuss job applications and conduct interviews pursuant to Sections 551.071 (attorney-client consultation) and 551.074 (personnel matters), Texas Government Code. |

3. | Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding scheduling of upcoming Election Commission meetings, if needed. | |||||

EXECUTIVE SESSION The Williamson County Election Commission will adjourn into executive session during the course of this meeting to discuss the matters enumerated above as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, including the following: |

5. | Discuss pending or contemplated litigation, settlement matters and other confidential attorney-client legal matters per Section 551.071, Texas Government Code ("Consultations with Attorney"). |

6. | Deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline and/or dismissal of a public officer or employee or hear a complaint or a charge against an officer or employee per Section 551.074, Texas Government Code (“Personnel Matters”). | |||||
This meeting was called by Williamson County Judge Bill Gravell, Jr., Chair of the Williamson County Election Commission, and this Notice of Meeting was posted at www.wilcotx.gov and in the locked box located on the south side of the Williamson County Courthouse, a place readily accessible to the general public at all times, on the 28th day of September, 2023 and remained posted for at least 72 continuous hours preceding the scheduled time of said meeting.
